Judiciary system consists of Judges and other magistrates, they form the bench or the core of the judiciary system. On 26 January 1950, the Indian Constitution was written and it is worlds largest constitution written.
Judicial System of India consists of Supreme Court, High Court, District Court or Subordinate Court.


Indian Judiciary Structure - India has a single facilitated lawful structure. The legitimate leader in India has a pyramidal structure with the Supreme Court (SC) at the top. High Courts are underneath the SC, and underneath them are the Districts Courts and Subordinate Courts. The lower courts work under the prompt organization of the higher courts.
