Indian Judiciary Structure - India has a single facilitated lawful structure. The legitimate leader in India has a pyramidal structure with the Supreme Court (SC) at the top. High Courts are underneath the SC, and underneath them are the Districts Courts and Subordinate Courts. The lower courts work under the prompt organization of the higher courts.
