CS Exam Structure - CS requires passing three examinations as prescribed by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), namely CS Foundation, CS Intermediate/Executive, and CS Final.

CS Job Opportunities - Legal advisor of a corporation, chief advisor of the corporate on matters of corporate governance, or finance and accounting manager.

CS Salaries in India - Good!

CS Scope outside India - A CS with a job experience of about 3-4 years gives a variety of possibilities abroad. Although that is restrained to a few countries like UK, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and a few others since it involves the application of Indian laws.

CMA Exam Structure -  CMA requires passing three examinations as prescribed by The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI), namely CMA Foundation, CMA Intermediate, and CMA Final.

Thereafter, candidates are required to go through 6 months of practical training for the CMA Final examinations.

CMA Scope outside IndiaSince CMA India focuses on the Indian Accounting System, it has limitations. Someone with a CMA India can work only within the country and for companies of Indian origin.
