What are the steps involved in data processing?

Data Handling Class 6 Maths Worksheet

The following are the steps involved in the data handling process:

Step I: The problem statement should be recognised and articulated thoroughly in the first step of this approach.
Step II: Gather the necessary information for the specific problem statement.
Step III: The information acquired should be presented in a way that is both significant and understandable. This can be accomplished by using tally marks, table shapes, and other similar styles to organise the collected data.
Step IV: Because a graphical or visual representation of the data facilitates analysis and comprehension, the information can be displayed in graphs, charts, such as bar graphs and pie charts, and other visual representations.
Step V: Analyze the data so that the most important information can be extracted, allowing for following actions to be made.
Step VI: Using the data analysis, we can determine the answer to the issue statement.

Let's look at some difficulties and try to examine the data now that we know how data is gathered and analysed.
