We get this nutrient from Food like vegetable drinks etc.

Carbohydrate and fats supply energy.
Vitamin, protein, and minerals are needed for making body parts like skin, blood bones etc.
NUTRITION

  • The essential nutrients for the production of the organism are also derived from food.
  • Food consumed by living beings cannot come directly to the body. Therefore digestion, absorption, and digestion after digestion become dignified in the biogenesis of the cells. This whole process is called nutrition.

Now we can say that nutrition is needed to provide energy for doing any activity and provide essential nutrients for life processes.
