SUPPLY AND Sense OF DEMAND

Demand Meaning: Desire sponsored by the consumer's buying power. It has two components: the desire of customers to buy products or services and the willingness to pay for them. A mere desire without the power to buy or the ability to pay without the desire to buy may not be considered a purchase.

Supply: The definition of supply is relatively straightforward, referring to the total amount of a given product or service available to customers at a particular price or price range.

LAW OF DEMAND

Basically, the law of demand deals with the inverse relationship between the price and the quantity of specific products or services. However, it is believed that other considerations, such as consumer tastes, competitive goods costs and consumer buying power, are comparable and do not play a role in the law of demand.
