How to Plan for 2021 CSEET : CSEET Syllabus & CSEET Exam



The CS Executive Entrance Examination (CSEET) for the direct admission of applicants to the CS Executive Programme is held by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). CSEET, which replaced the CS Foundation scheme, is now held four times a year by ICSI. New registration for the Foundation Programme has ceased to exist with the launch of CSEET on 3 February 2020, w.e.f. 3 February 2020,

The only qualifying entrance exam for eligibility for the CS Executive Program is the CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET). In view of the varied academic requirements of students seeking admission to the Company Secretary Course, CSEET has been implemented to attract meritorious students and to test their aptitude for the career of Company Secretary. Candidates who have appeared/passed in the Class 12 exams shall be qualified to appear in the CSEET.

Starting on February 3, 2020, all students seeking admission to the Company Secretary Course, including graduates/ postgraduates, etc., are expected to apply for the CSEET. The process of selecting meritorious applicants through CSEET would increase the selection of prospective members to meet business and regulatory standards.

  • Current Affairs, Presentation and Communication Skills (Viva Voce)-Paper – 4
