What is SBI Apprentice Job Profile?
SBI is not an apprentice position on a permanent basis. Following the complete selection process, applicants will be hired for a period of three years during which they will receive a stipend, as defined by the SBI. No employee will be retained by the bank after the training period for the future implementation of routine work.
Apprentices develop specialized skills under the tutelage of experienced colleagues. They have different responsibilities depending on their occupation but are generally compensated while they receive supervised training and classroom education. Apprentices may also be expected to update records and finish written assignments.
The State bank of India had already released the official notification to recruit around 8500 candidates for the post of SBI Apprentice.
The apprenticeship job is similar to that of management. It is expected that the SBI apprentice will be working on various tasks related to the day-to-day management, marketing, and sales of bank operations.
You have to be aged 15 or older and no longer in full-time school to start an apprenticeship. You also do not have to have a level 4 or higher certification. You can receive on completion of an apprenticeship: a technical certificate showing the achievement of skills and expertise relevant to the larger industry.
