Our solar system is made up of the Sun, the eight planets, and their moons, as well as smaller planetary objects including dwarf planets, comets, and meteoroids. Introduction

Galaxy: It is a huge system of billion stars and clouds of dust and gases. Millions of such galaxies make a universe. The solar system is the part of Milky way.





Milky way: It is the part of pace with tons and tons of stars crowded together. This crowd of stars looks like the spilled milk and named the Milky Way. Ancient Indians named the Milky way as Galaxy.



Celestial Bodies: It refers to the sun, the moon, and all shiny objects in the sky.
 

Pole star: It refers to the North star which indicates the north direction. It always stays in the same position in the sky.
